Our mission is to provide
Being an all ambulatory practice, we operate on an appointment only basis. You can call the office at 609/291-0535 during business hours to schedule an appointment. You can request a specific doctor, date and time and we will do our best to accommodate you. The earlier in advance you make an appointment, the easier it is to give you exactly the appointment you want. Occasionally, an appointment will take longer than expected or we have an emergency (emergency cases always receive top priority) and the doctor will be delayed. In that case, we will contact you with a new arrival time. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and try our best to be prompt, but an occasional appointment delay is inevitable
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day every day of the year. A primary doctor and a back up doctor provide emergency coverage at all times. If you have an emergency, call the main office number at 609/291-0535 and speak to the receptionist, who will contact the doctor on call. If the office is closed, call the same number and press "0" at any time during the message. An emergency operator will answer and reach the doctor on call while you hold the line.
All medical and financial information of our clients is private and will not be shared with any other parties without the permission of the client. We frequently are asked for information from insurance companies, online pharmacies or people interested purchasing a client's horse, but we will always ask the client before complying. Conversely, if you ask us about a horse we care for, we cannot discuss the horse with you without contacting the owner first. Thank you for understanding.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks. If you wish, credit card information can be securely stored in advance of need in order to guarantee payment. With this option, an invoice of charges will be provided for review and approval, then either a check can be sent in or the credit card charged after the date of service.
